Reservation Terms
- Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount. - Minimum stay is 5 nights, but shorter stays are also possible, depending on occupancy rates. - Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are not refundable, unless the room can be rented for the same duration. - Cancellations made over 1 month prior arrival, 5% of the total stay will be retained. - No show or early departure: in high season, total amount will be charged, unless the room can be rented for the same duration. - Check in:14.00h (when possible, we will be happy to make it earlier). - Check out: 12.00h (if possible, we'll try to give you more time if you have a late flight). - Travel Insurance is always recommended.
